Water damage restoration
Burst pipes, appliance leaks, and flooding. We extract the water, dry the structure, and prove it's dry before anything gets closed up.
Call (619) 365-4550, 24/7Do this now
- Shut off the main water valve if the source is a pipe or appliance.
- Turn off power to wet rooms at the breaker if it's safe to reach.
- Move furniture, rugs, and electronics off wet floors.
- Photograph everything before you clean up.
What we do
- Inspect and map. We find every wet area with moisture meters and thermal imaging, including inside walls and under flooring.
- Extract. Truck-mounted and portable extractors pull standing water out of floors and carpet.
- Dry and monitor. Dehumidifiers and air movers run while we take daily readings until materials reach dry standard.
- Document. Photos, moisture logs, and a written scope for your insurance claim.
Questions
How long does drying take?
Most structures dry in 3 to 5 days. Hardwood, plaster, and saturated subfloors can take longer; daily readings tell us when it's done.
Does homeowners insurance cover water damage?
Sudden and accidental leaks are usually covered. Gradual leaks and outside flooding often aren't. Your policy decides, and we document the loss either way.
Do I need to move out?
Usually not. If the kitchen, only bathroom, or electrical is affected, your policy may pay for temporary housing.
