How a job runs
Every loss follows the same order, so you always know what's next.
- You call. We ask what happened, where, and whether it's still active, and give you steps to take before we arrive.
- We make it safe. Stop the source, extract water, tarp, board up, or contain, whichever the loss needs first.
- We dry and clean. Equipment runs and we log moisture readings until materials are back to normal.
- We document. Photos, readings, and a written scope your adjuster can work from.
- We rebuild, or hand off. Your choice of contractor for the repairs.
